Custom Orders Information

Custom orders start with filling out the bottom of the form. We will reply to your email/text you with in 48hrs. *please include phone number in your message.

If you have pictures ideas, measurements or anything to help with your custom order please email them to desertwoodchips@gmail.com 

We will contact you to work out a time to come out to your home/office for the discussion and measurements. We will try and have a quote that day. With that, if it is a big project, we will need to find the timber first and then send over a quote.

Once you accept the quote, we require a payment of half up front. This payment is nonrefundable. Once that payment is put through. We will then start cutting and building your item(s).

*Your order will be located under Custom Items for Payment, on home screen at the top. It will be under your last name and last 4 of your phone number.  

We will keep you informed throughout the process. 

We do require full payment, upon install. 

We do own the rights to take pictures of the items installed to use for website, social media and advertising purposes.
