Shipping 

Small orders are shipped USPS or UPS.  Large Items shipping will be discussed to help get you the best price and protection possible. 

Package Protection and Tracking

All items are shipped with insurance of the price of the item. Tracking will be sent from the website. If you are unable to locate tracking please email us at Desertwoodchips@gmail.com

Damage During Shipment

We take great care when packaging your order. In the unlikely event that there is any damage during shipment and it is visible when you receive your order, please have the delivery driver note the damage before you sign for delivery. If your unable to get the driver to sign. Please take pictures of packaging, to include all sides. If your order is damaged to the point where it can possibly not be used, you should refuse the shipment, and we will get a replacement order made and shipped to you as soon as possible. If there is concealed damage to your order and you find the product to be unacceptable, you must notify us of the problem within one business day. Please email us at Desertwoodchips@gmail.com. This way we can help you as best we can.

Returns   

Our custom made products are non-returnable.

All orders revised or cancelled after going into production, (within 24 hours after order is received), will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.
