Q: What do I need to order a custom order?
A: Please go to the home page and click custom order information. This will have all the information for placing a custom order.

Q: How do I cancel a custom order?
A: You can cancel at any time, we do require a minimum starting fee which is nonrefundable. All orders revised or cancelled after going into production, (within 24 hours after order is received), will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Q: What is the minimum starting fee?
A: The minimum starting fee is different for each order. This will be a percentage of your final bill. It will go towards the final bill. It is nonrefundable.
Q: Returns or Exchanges
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please send a message to Desertwoodchips@gmail.com. This needs to have your order number and a description of what you are not satisfied with. All orders revised or cancelled after going into production, (within 24 hours after order is received), will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Q: Do you have a code for local/pickup for buyers in or around Las Vegas?
A: For buyers in or around Las Vegas please send us an email prior to your order. Codes are linked to your email for local pickup. You must pickup within 5 days of completion notice.
Q: What are the requirements for the design files or artwork to be engraved?
A: Most of our clients provide their own design. An Adobe illustrator file with all elements/layers separate and fonts embedded/packaged is ideal. An .svg file is also acceptable. A vector file, .eps, or a .jpeg that is high res (resolution) will also work. Black and white files work best. (The laser does not distinguish between shades of color.)
Q:Do I need to buy my urn at the funeral home?
A: No, you can buy your urn anywhere, and then bring it to the funeral home
Q: How is the size of the urn?
A: The standard is one cubic inch for every pound of healthy body weight. Our urns vary according to the size and style. But we can still customize any urn for your needs.
